TCAL Roofing and Restoration Inc.(“TCAL Roofing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit tcalroofing.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a free inspection or contact us, you provide your name, phone number, property address, city, type of damage, insurance carrier (if you choose to share it), preferred contact window, and any notes you add. Email address is optional.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider and analytics tools automatically log standard request data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP. We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure traffic, and support marketing.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government IDs, or health information through this site.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry and schedule your free inspection.
To contact you by phone, text, or email about your roof, your claim, and the status of your project.
To document our work and the claims we assist with.
To improve the website, measure marketing effectiveness, and understand how homeowners find us.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following categories of recipients:

Service providers who help us run the business, including our website host (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), and spreadsheet logging tools we use to track new leads. They are contractually limited to using your information only on our behalf.
Analytics and advertising partners we use to measure how the site performs and to reach homeowners who would benefit from our services. These partners process limited browsing data on our behalf and only when we have an active advertising relationship with them.
Insurance carriers and adjusters when you authorize us to communicate with them about your claim.
Professional advisors such as our attorneys, accountants, and insurers when reasonably necessary.
Government agencies or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights or safety.
Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site and to understand how it is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. If you disable cookies, some parts of the site may not function correctly. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no industry standard for how to interpret them. You can opt out of certain advertising cookies through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance.

Calls, texts, and your consent

When you submit a form, you check a box agreeing that TCAL Roofing may contact you by phone, text, or email about your roof, including via auto-dialed calls and pre-recorded or AI-generated messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can opt out of calls and emails by telling us directly.

California residents’ rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

Right to know what personal information we collect about you, the categories of sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
Right to access a copy of the specific personal information we have collected about you.
Right to delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to legal exceptions.
Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
Right to opt outof the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. If you want to limit our advertising partners’ use of cookies, you can use the opt-out tools above.
Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
Shine the Light (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.83): once a year, you may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not currently make such disclosures.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You can authorize an agent to act on your behalf.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the services you requested, document our work, comply with legal obligations (including TCPA recordkeeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee that your information will never be disclosed in a way inconsistent with this policy.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
